Roadster Chassis
The Roadster is a softail style chassis,
dramatically improved by a patented urethane/graphite
isolation system, and a unique vertical mono-shock
suspension. It has been designed for the heavy
horsepower demands prevalent in today's market, while
still offering a smooth comfortable ride with what Paul
says is nothing short of amazing suspension!
Our innovative Cassis boasts a four inch overall stretch
that is achieved by stretching the frame not only two
inches forward, but two inches to the rear as well.
The standard rake is 37.5 degrees. The frame
components are CNC machined, which boasts unique
details, including a staircased axle section that
features a hidden rear axle with billet covers.
The swingarm pivot / cleveblock and front motor mounts
are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The frame kits
will accept FXR or Softail style EVO drive trains, as
well as the new TC88 Dyna powerplant.
Roadster Frame kit includes: chromoly frame and swingarm,
complete suspension, urethane/graphite isolation
system, hidden and comprehensive tuning instructions.
The frame is also available in a chopper style with our
standard 6 inch up stretch and 40 degrees of rake. |
