Chopper Chassis
The Chopper perfectly reflects the classic
American chopper profile. The frame is tig welded
from 120 wall DOM tubing and fixture cooled. Available
in both softail and hardtail versions, the frames are
assembled with a 6 inch up stretch and 40 degree rake.
Paul spent countless hours working on the perfect
chopper geometry to provide a great ride with a long
bike profile. These frames handle perfectly with our
nostalgic Springer, or our sleek, Wideglide Front Forks.
However, if it's the longer bike look you crave, just
throw a set of our 6 degree Triple Trees on and the bike
will ride like it's got power steering! We've done all
the math so you don't have to.
Our frame components are CNC machined, so we can offer
exceptional features such as: staircased neck and axle
sections. billet transmission plates which are welded to
the chassis for superior strength, hidden rear axles
with billet axle covers, flush mount swingarm pivot
bolts, and radical styled oil tanks
with mounts. ALL this is included in the base
price. We make our Chopper Kits to accept your
choice of EVO or TC88 B Drive Trains, and you can choose
from a 180 to a 250 tire. Whatever you need,
