Terms:
All orders are shipped COD/ certified check.  Visa and MasterCard will be accepted for pre-payment.  Custom and one-off orders must be
pre-paid.

Foreign Orders:
Payment for foreign orders will be in U.S. funds only.  Wire Transfer are the only means of payment.

Returns:
No product may be returned without proper authorization.  Only the original purchaser with the original invoice may return product.  Any
parcels refused by the customer or unable to be delivered for non-payment will not be reshipped unless pre-paid in full. All returns other
than warranty items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped UPS whenever possible unless otherwise requested. All shipping charges will be pre-paid or collect.

Warranty:
Paul Yaffe Originals warrants his products to be free from defects in workmanship for the LIFE of the product.  We also warrant our
electrical systems for LIFE.  Products failure which falls under our warranty will be repaired or replaced only at PYO option and only
as PYO determines the failure is a result of defect in workmanship.  In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price
of the product nor shall PO be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred due to failure of the
product.  We make no claims as to the fitness of any particular use of our products, since the end use is the responsibility of the
consumer.   This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.  Breaking the product,
improper use or installation, accident, water or element damage, abuse, unauthorized repair and/or alteration will void the warranty.
PYO products disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products
manufactured by PYO.

Chrome:
Chrome plating is a delicate cosmetic finish and is not designed for durable long lasting use on today's high performance motorcycles.
Our chrome plater will warranty their chrome plating until it is installed on a motorcycle.  THEY WILL NOT WARRANTY CHROME AFTER
IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND IS IN USE !!  We will gladly pass this warranty onto you.
